➥Yes, our cleaning team works on weekends and holidays at no extra charge – you can arrange the service to suit your schedule and we will send you a team to carry out the procedure for you.
Will I have the same cleaner every visit?
➥In order to ensure familiarity for you and your cleaner, we will send you the same maid during your regular domestic cleaning sessions. In a case of sickness or holidays, we will contact you and offer you a temporary cover. You can also request to change your cleaners if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided.

Do your cleaners bring the cleaning supplies or do I need to provide my own?
➥Our team brings our own equipment for the specialised services but you may be asked to provide your maid with supplies when she comes for regular domestic cleaning.
Does your carpet cleaning remove all stains?
➥Our company cannot guarantee complete stain removal as there are some permanent ones that even our specialised machinery and proven cleaning methods can`t fully eliminate. However, in any case you are promised that the condition of your carpet will be revived, smells will be removed and bacteria will be eliminated – therefore, our service will help you relieve allergies and improve your indoor air quality.
Do I have to pay anything extra apart from the quoted price for the service?
➥Our rates include all taxes, agency fees and services. However, you may be requested to pay parking fees if you are not able to provide a free parking space for our van when we are booked to carry out any specialised service.
Is your staff insured?
➥Our cleaners as well as our company are fully insured. We have hired all of our cleaners for their skills and they have been background checked. They have personal references and prove themselves as being trustworthy and hardworking professionals.
Do I have to be home during the session?
➥You are advised to be there as you will be able to share your specific requirements if any as well as point out any omissions if you have expected a different outcome. If you are not able to stay during the process, you can come back at the end to see the achieved results.
Do you have a guarantee for your end of tenancy cleaning?
➥We do have a 48-hour guarantee in case your landlord is not completely happy with the final state of his property. Our team will be back for a free of charge re-clean in the areas needed.
